What we collect: Name, contact details, delivery address, and order history.
Why we collect it: To process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support.
How we protect it: Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Payment processing is handled by PayFast; we do not store your card details.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@oupajam.co.za.
Retention: We retain order records for 5 years for tax and legal purposes.
Terms & Conditions
1. Orders & Payment — All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. Online payments are collected by Legacy Solutions Architecture (LSA), which owns and operates this online store on behalf of Oupa Jêm. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Delivery — Pudo locker delivery is available nationwide. Collection is free from 17 Primula Avenue, Durbanville by appointment. Delivery times are estimates only.
3. Returns & Refunds — Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Privacy Policy

Product Information — Product images are indicative. Actual jars may vary slightly in appearance. All preserves are handmade; natural colour variation and settling are normal.
Allergens — Our products are manufactured in a home kitchen where nuts, wheat, dairy, and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Storage — Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 6 months of opening. Unopened jars have a shelf life of 24 months from the production date printed on the label.
